Federer's Merchandises... I Drool for them...

Federer won the 2007 Wimbledon Open with this shoes... it's not exactly the design shown because Nike design another one specially for Federer to commemorate his success in Wimbledon for the past 4 years with 4 Gold Stars and his 'RF' mark (Roger Federer mark created exclusively by Nike)

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Nike Vapor IV White / Gold

The below will be his next official US Open apparel that he will wear during the US Open Grand Slam in Sept / Oct this year... if you ever tried his apparels... all of them are very comfortable. Why I like particularly like his apparels if you ask me... well coz it's Federer's one =P... the quality is really good compared to any other player's shirt sponsored by Nike apart from Nadal's one... I like his gentleman design style and feel that Nike puts on the shirts...

oh btw, Federer lost to Djokovic at Montreal Masters last nite Ho Ho Ho... a letdown for me as a fan but I still have faith in him.. can't expect him to continue winning every single tournaments that he participates :w... Hopefully he will win the coming US Open and the year end Shanghai Tennis Masters Cup...

Nike Timings

Some Nike timings that I happened to browse thru and kinda of like it and at this moment in time i can't buy them yet coz it's too expensive...

Nike are never well known for quality watches but ppl buy coz of the branding but i won't say it's bad in quality but not the best around... Quality time pieces are such as Rolex and Victorinox Swiss Army i.e. these are Swiss made watches... every single details from the making to the assembly of the entire watch is made in Swiss with great details...

i like this in blackmetal color... looks simple but yet still feels sophisticated due to the digital numbers on the watch...

the one above and the following two watches are a few versions of Nike Merge Attract... in analog outlook... this is what i call classic looking and they are meant for the ladies...

Goo Gooi Me Not The Dolls

I wonder through fiction to look for the truth
Buried beneath all the lies
And I stood at a distance
To feel who you are
Hiding myself in your eyes

And hold on before it's too late
Until we leave this behind
Don't fall just be who you are
It's all that we need in our lives

And the risk that might break you
Is the one that would save
A life you dont live is still lost
So stand on the edge with me
Hold back your fear and see
Nothing is real til it's gone

Hold on before its too late
Until we leave this behind
Don't fall just be who you are

It's all that we need in our lives

So live like you mean it
Love til you feel it
It's all that we need in our lives
So stand on the edge with me
Hold back your fear and see
Nothing is real til it's gone

Hold on before its too late
Until we leave this behind
Don't fall just be who you are
It's all that we need in our lives

Hold on before its too late
Until we leave this behind
Don't fall just be who you are
It's all that we need in our lives

It's all that we need in our lives
It's all that I need in my life

Lyrics taken off from Transformers OST by Goo Goo Dolls - Before It's Too Late

A fan of the Goo Goo Dolls since 1997... When they first release the single 'Iris' to the soundtrack "City of Angels", it instantly proved to be a big hit and huge success for the band... Subsequently they were nominated for a few awards including the 1997 Grammy and Oscar for best theme song for a movie...

I was aware of them back in early 90's for a hit single "Name" but they didn't really attracted my attention at that point of time but eventually their subsequent albums starting with Dizzy Up the Girl and so on, they started to earned my respect of liking their music...

Today, they are one of my favourite alternative rock bands around... what i like about their music is mainly their lyrics and the melody of the music which somehow i can relate with my somewhat crappy life at times...

FedRod's Ray of Lights

Here's more pics of my FedRod...i am enjoy taking pics of the car during sunrise after the horizon say between 0800 to 0920 (morning). The ray of lights seem to make the car look more vibrant and lively. The rays helps with its dual color tone on the body of the car thus makes it a nice shot to be taken...pls feel free to comments on photography skills so that i can improve on it...

Sporty exhaust pipe and muffler...the muffler is Mugen Twin Loop Replica made in taiwan and brought in by Wai Heng. Spent RM680 including changing the center bullet to a swirling type branded Panther and changed the air flow from center bullet to the muffler with a stainless steel piping...

After the change of the exhaust piping away from the stock, the pick-up has definitely improve, it's more responsive when u press the throttle. Torque improve but I need to test if the top speed has improve a little; meaning whether it can achieve its top speed easier or the same...

Leena's Farewell to UK

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

After what I saw last night, now I truly understand why people cry when they leave for abroad if for quite a long period of time. I saw Leena and her mum crying and I was kinda of touched but I told myself to put on a smile coz it's better to see the person leaving with a smile of you in his/her mind. It's just a last frame/picture of you in their head. The whole family hugged and cried basically. So lucky that she gets to go Leeds, UK to study for her Masters'. Wish her all the best!!! Maybe will get her to get a couple of footie jerseys for me xD hahahhaa...

Here are some of the candid shots of what happened last nite...oh btw...heard of Robin Baskins? Sounds familliar? That's what K-ly pronounced...Leena, Yani and me kept laughing away and K-ly still didn't noticed her silliness...ah poor girl =P.

Oh United lost to Arsenal 2-1. All I can say is that never never to defend a 1-0 lead which has been United's bad habit this season. There are a couple of times when it cost them the dear 3 points and in this case it cost them to lose. So what you are travelling away...there's just not the way to play footie. So congrats to Arsenal as managed to crawl back into the game and take the deserved 3 points from United. Hope this serves as a lesson to the team! I am a United fan and you are hearing this from me! :shakehead:

POTD!!!
Anyway here's the Picture of the Day that i managed to snapped when i was at the airport. It's hardly you see me posting any pictures of the day as much what this whole blog is all about. Well that's because I can't seem to find anything nice to snap and with the nature of my job, what much could I possibly snap with nice and uniqueness of the objects that I come across and let's put it this way, I am quite choosy to what kind of pictures that I wanna snap. I must have feel for the object for some weird reasons =P.

Picking the Saneness Within The Madness

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

U read it up there at the title and somehow you could related certain things when it comes to Feng Shui...there are just certain things when you apply it without any logic behind it and you get the results you wished for it although it just doesn't make much scientific sense to anyone...that's Feng Shui =P...actually there are some scientific explanation to it but just rather hard to make ppl to understand...it's a science or movement in the energy from time to time. Anyway I just got back from the 2007 Feng Shui Extravaganza talk by Lilian Too. And if you are from Malasia and still don't know who she is, you must be a "katak di bawah tempurung" or something like that...a proverb taken from Bahasa Melayu. Lilian Too's name is a common household name in Malaysia nowadays and so pls read more newspaper like Debbie always says so =P. Anyway the talk was good and some good fortunes to be expected for the year 2007 for all Roosters which includes me xD.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Oh generally 2007 would be a much better year than 2006 for many of us so all the best to all us on earth not including any ETs out there...i don't wish to see any ETs having any luck conquering our world =P (where am i going?) It was another nice talk from Lilian herself to listen to. In fact i would seriously recommend everyone to go and listen even you do not believe Feng Shui just for the fun of listening to her jokes and her stories (not all about Feng Shui...but about life) I saw significantly batch of Indians and Malays at the talk too which is a nice thing to see really...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I felt so sleepy during the talk coz my sis woke me up so early this morning (715am) when the talk is actually at 10am coz she wanted to pay a visit to the temple..sigh..so u bet i am feeling sleepy while typing this. Anyway spent a humongous of money on many Feng Shui products although i cut down a lot after the experience i had last year...won't be so silly to buy so much this round...have to learn to control my budget lately coz of the new car that i have just bought...and yeah my new car is here...will try to take the pics when i am free...anyway drove my sister's new car too today instead of mine to KLCC convention centre...handling was really good but drivablity err scary...coz it was raining and the water vapour was clouding my view outside the road (the side windows were full of water vapour) and i hate their side tiny miny mirrors). Proton designers could u pls use ur brains a bit next time...i know it looks pretty stylish but it's not feasible. Even my sis complained about it...or either that you engineer wanna say that i am a lousy driver =P which obviously i ain't gonna admit that's the case

Oh ya...tonite's the match btw Arsenal vs Man Utd...ah come on United u gotta win this...anything but a lost ok?

Chasing Cars

I am not chasing carS, but just one car. My new car MyVi is arriving tomorrow. It's actually here as in at the showroom but not ready for collection coz it needs to be send for tinting and to get the car plate number ready for legal road usage. Probably gonna call it FedRod which typically sounds like a fatride coz it has a big back. It looks pretty big from the backview but rather a cute one to say xD. Enough say, i am just eagerly waiting to get my car tomorrow. It's my first car that i am buying using my own money and thanx to mum and dad for chipping 3/4 of the downpayment. If not for them, i doubt i would be able to get the car so soon. (they are not and won't be reading this post, so i guess i will have to find a way to thank them again from the bottom of my heart)

Today is Megan's last day at CPM (my senior research exec). Officially there won't be any Research Execs around for the next few days here. I will be the standby RE although not something I am really proud of. Why? Coz working is just full of shits...the DP department has their own world of entertainment, the Field department is just another department you can't trust their work fully or should i say not responsible enough for me to trust in terms of work. I am a dilemma whether to leave this company too coz i found myself a new path that i would like to venture into which is PR consultancy. What i am afraid is that i don't possess the required qualification in terms of degree or something like that...but well the only thing i can look on the bright side is that i have been with the research line for almost a year and a half so which does help a little. Whether it helps a lot to help me to secure a job with a PR/advertising consultancy firm is another story and which is the most feared matter that keeps playing in my mind. Should i just quit soon or wait for the merger of IPSOS and CP to happen and see any improvements after that. Just tired to work in a working environment without proper procedures and system. Someone pls wish me luck hoping i can find my answer soon to this matter.

New PlayToy on the Road For Me

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

If u are asking, does my up and coming new car looks like that...my answer to you "Yes, i will want to make my car look like that xD...don't ask me how but i will try to get it look as close as it could with whatever kind of upgrades that i can have as long as my wallet allows it...well you have to understand all these upgrades cost lotsa of money...still wondering what name to give to my new car. Debbie asked me to name the car "may may" and spray it with her favourite colour of blue...hehehehe we shall see in the future...i told her i might want to name it FedRod :LOL

ok my new car is a MyVI silver colour 1.3 Auto...i wanted a like steptronic type of gear box where you can have auto and manual at the same time but too bad Perodua don't have that kind of technology in any of their cars unlike the Proton Savvy AMT which has the best of both worlds. Anyway my car should be arriving next week and i have already plan to have it tinted with a dark silver film xD...i hope it will look cool and sporty...

Strong Wind Sides Roddick but Gushes FedEx

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Well the wind didn't actually help any of the player but in fact made things hard for both players to play their game...in fact the wind helped Federer to win a few points in between...Roddick could had cursed his luck if he lost the game because of the strong gushes of wind but marvellously Roddick won the game over Federer with the final score Andy Roddick def Roger Federer 6/2 3/6 6/3...if u watched the game, you would had enjoyed with the silly stunts and things that Roddick do and say on the court...i was having a lot of laughter watching the game in between...that's what you get when you watch games involving Andy...he jus loves cracking jokes in between...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I think Federer didn't take much into mind that he lost to Roddick in this match...but credits still goes to Roddick for playing well and didn't give up on his fighting spirit when Federer raised his game to another level...but somehow i could see Federer wasn't playing to his best...i think his focus was more on the Australian Open 2007 which starts on next Monday...so i guess this loss was more than just a warm up game for him leading to the first Grand Slam of 2007 which he is looking to defend his title for the 3rd consecutive year...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

With Nadal out of this tournament, Federer stands even more chance to retain this trophy but watch out last year's finalist, Bagdatis who aims to reach to the finals again having played so well last year until the finals meeting Federer...don't forget Roddick also, he has a good success rate at the Australia Open in the past few years and especially he today has won against Federer thus he would definitely take that as a big motivation to the grand slam...all the best to them all especiall roddick and Federer...

FedEx Set to Fly High on A-Rod

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

It's the AAMI Classic @ Kooyong, Melbourne, Australia, the last warm up pre-tournament game leading to the Australia Open 2007. Deep down in my heart i am hoping for a win from Roddick but i guess Federer is just too good for him...leading to this finals @ Kooyong, Federer has the upper hand with 12-1 wins against Roddick, something that Roddick doesn't want to remember i think...I like Roddick for his charisma and his spirit but he is a player who loses his focus easily unlike Federer who is always on his thoughts on how to change his game from time to time to accomodate the situation and sometimes get himself out of trouble...a quality possesed by not many modern tennis player today. So it's no wonder why u see i idolize Federer more than roddick, more than anyone else. I wish them both good luck and i am hoping for a good game and performance from both players...no matter who wins, both players deserve to be in the finals...

Becks for Bucks?

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Ladies Favourite, David Beckham, yeah the footie superstar, once my footie idol...well he still is...he would remain as one of the favourite man utd stars that I idol not just because of his good looks and style but for his vision and long range passing, his trademark freekick 'Bend it Like Beckham' and last but not least his ever strong workrate on the pitch. If u are a footie fan and you watch him play, you can tell he is not a lazy player, he is always hardworking doing his part, ever so professional when it comes to his footballing role...

I know ppl sometimes condemns him for putting his off the pitch lifestyle more important but i somehow don't agree with those comments...i think he is putting in a balance and probably it affected his performance on the pitch from time to time but nevertheless you know he will always give 101% when he plays and when he trains...no doubt about that...

I jus wishes him all the best when he goes to the States to join for the MLS football...it's kinda of sad as i think many of us won't get to see him playing so often than not due MLS is not really a hit all over the world...in fact there are nowhere on the worldwide football media radar...their football nowhere near the best quality that you can see from English Premier League, Spanish League or the Italian League, but i hope with him going there, it will bring a bit of quality to the football there and also to hype up a little the football scene as you know his commercial qualities in MLS...

Btw, with the move to MLS, he will be earning a gross of USD250 million in 5 years down the road...and yes that is his wage, try calculating that is USD971,949 in a week...some ppl say he went there for the money? Maybe he is...maybe he is not...he claimed that it was mainly for his family factor and i really think it is, we have been listening to so many news about him and his family especially Posh unable to settle in Spain so comfortably, so i guess that's the main reason, i won't deny the money could be a factor but he is already a million pound millionaire...money won't be a biggest issue for him i guess...for him would be a new challenge and a prospect to widen the Beckham's brand name in US...

All the best David!...from a Man Utd fan of yours out of the millions all over the world...

Reliving FedEx's Teary Moments @ Aus Open 2006

Just finished watching the repeat telecast of last year's Australia Open 2006 Finals between Roger Federer and Marcos Bagdatis of Cpyrus. First time I ever seen Roger cried to tears...actually the reason he cried was because the trophy was presented by the legendary Rod Laver who Roger totally admire and respect as a tennis player, as a tennis idol from the older generation. What a moment for Roger...If i was him i would had cried to tears also...

And u know who my idol would be? Roger himself but i guess it would never come true. The only thing i want is to watch Roger playing in the Wimbledon Finals with me sitting behind him at the spectators seats and admire his style of play, his movements and everything he does on the court...it would be marvellous to see him win the Wimbledon...wonder when can i save up that much of money for the a return ticket to UK for the Wimbledon Open tournament for the entire 2 weeks there...wow that would be a dream come true for me...well just waiting for the day to come hehe...

The Fall of My Job in MR, Rise of PR?

quite in a dilemma whether to change my job since the past few days i finally found the path that I wished to dive into...PR - Public Relations but I am quite reluctant to leave a soon to become a big company (my current company) who will soon be name as Ipsos-CP Malaysia. World's Top 5 Market Research Consultant worldwide!!!

Should i stay for half a year and wait for how things will go for me? Or should I just leave in the couple of weeks time and move to my ideal career path that i am currently dreaming of? Such a heavy dilemma. Does my future lies further with CP? So many questions and it wonders me all the time with no answers to everything.

Can someone bring me into a PR company and let me learn the ropes along the way? If only things in this world are so ideal but they are never like that and will never be. How sad can things be huh :P. Alright let's not be too pessimistic about it. If things don't improve by May/June or latest July then I think it's time to think about my future I guess.

Avril - Keep Holding On

*** full version of the song just for a couple of hours then i gonna bring it down to avoid copyright lawsuit :P...will reupload the shorter version tmr...very sleepy now...btw Happy New Year 2007!!! ***

You're not alone
Together we stand
I'll be by your side
You know I'll take your hand
When it gets cold
And it feels like the end
There's no place to go
You know I won't give in
No, I won't give in

Keep holding on
Cause you know we'll make it through
We'll make it through
Just stay strong
Cause you know I'm here for you
I'm here for you
There's nothing you could say
Nothing you could do
There's no other way when it comes to the truth
So, keep holding on
Cause you know we'll make it through
We'll make it through

So far away
I wish you were here
Before it's too late
This could all disappear
Before the door's closed
And it comes to an end
With you by my side
I will fight and defend
I'll fight and defend, yeah, yeah

Keep holding on
Cause you know we'll make it through
We'll make it through
Just stay strong
Cause you know I'm here for you
I'm here for you
There's nothing you could say
Nothing you could do
There's no other way when it comes to the truth
So, keep holding on
Cause you know we'll make it through
We'll make it through

Hear me when I say
When I say I believe.
Nothing's gonna change
Nothing's gonna change destiny
Whatever's meant to be
Will work out perfectly
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
La da da da, la da da da
La da da da da da da da da

Keep holding on
Cause you know we'll make it through
We'll make it through
Just stay strong
Cause you know I'm here for you
I'm here for you
There's nothing you could say
Nothing you could do
There's no other way when it comes to the truth
So, keep holding on
Cause you know we'll make it through
We'll make it through

Ahh, ahh
Keep holding on
Ahh, ahh
Keep holding on
There's nothing you could say
Nothing you could do
There's no other way when it comes to the truth
So, keep holding on
Cause you know we'll make it through
We'll make it through

Art: crazy over this song for the past few days...the song brings a lot of mixture of feelings about a lot of things in my mind...trying to get the chorus of the song up in this blog...but have to work on a few things first...first to get my adobe audition downloaded and edit the song to a little shorter and upload it to the server...
